Lonza’s Amaxa® Nucleofector® Technology takes the next quantum leap and offers the Nucleofection® of neurons directly in adherence with up to 60% transfection efficiency. The new Basic Neuron 96-well Nucleofector® AD Kit allows for pre- and post Nucleofection® culture of up to 14 days in which enables transfection of neurons at a later developmental stage. Furthermore the 96-well Nucleocuvette® AD Plates are suited for transmission light or fluorescence microscopy as well as for absorption, luminescence or fluorescence assays.
